1. Present our product to Mr. Prem. However we were not able to fully present what was needed due to some coding errors.

2. Showed Mr. Prem our technical manual and user manual.

3. Continue adding syntax checking and interpreted error messages.

1. Finalizing of technical manual.

2. Testing of current program and start documenting integrated black box testing manual.

1. Debugging of the code, and fix all codes together for them to work together.

2. Adding of information into technical manual.

3. Discuss about the video after the completion of this product.

15 November 2011

Seventeenth meeting on 15 November 2011 6pm - 7pm
Meeting with our supervisor
Samuel and Isaac are absent for this meeting.
Venue: SIM

1. Present our product to Mr. Prem and due to some technical issue, I am unable to show the full product. But promise to present the full product in the following week.

2. Discuss about the technical manual and we will follow up in adding the require information in the technical manual.

3. Show him the blog, our meeting dairy. And I will send our timeline document to Mr. Prem on thursday.

Sixteenth meeting on 5 November 2011 10am - 1pm

1. Isaac filled the print scene of the tutorial slide. Samuel and Par Cun have finalize the tutorial slide for the study material.
2. We found some bug of the button being invisible in the frame.
3. Designing of the buttons in the frame for going to the next or previous slide.

1. Go through what are the topics needed for this project.
2. Substandard the dimension of the print scene of the tutorial material in order to fit in the frame of the tutorial.

23 October 2011

Fourteenth meeting on 23 October 2011 3pm - 6pm
Venue: Ang Mo Kio KFC

1. Discussion on the tutorial question and answer. Samual and Par Cun will go through all lecture slide of C++ programming language and make it into different chapter for learners. At the end of the chapters, Samual and Par Cun will come up with question for the learners to answer. 
2. Designing of the main frame for our tutorial would be done with Isaac, Isaac will set a standard main frame for all tutorial slide.
3. Calling of the compiler from our program to check the answer entered by the learners during the quiz would be implemented soon. We are still implementing the code for doing so.

• Development of the system design - we come out with a few design of the system and we will come out with a standard main frame.
• Analyzing the program requirement - implementing the most basic requirement of the system.

Discuss on the outstanding report:

1. Gannt chart to be completed (activity, timeline)
2. Implementing the prototype from the previous meeting with our beloved assessor.

• Run through the power-point slide before the lecture.

Discuss and make final edition of the Application flowchart.
After Application flowchart is completed, we finalize the Prototype power-point adding the screen shot of the Application flowchart.

First meeting with our beloved assessor Mr. Tan Kheng Teck.

First Prototype presentation on how our final product would look like, and how are we going to implement our product.

Mr. Tan Kheng Teck asked if there are any security aspects for our product, as our product is a tutorial tool for learning C++ programming language, hence our focus would be concentrating on how to do error checking when learners have errors in their program.

Forth meeting with our beloved supervisor Mr. Premarajan.

Discuss on what should we prepare for our next meeting for presentation.

1. PowerPoint presentation with a few slides for our initial presentation.

2. Prototype for our initial product, which include some basic functionality. It is the overview of our product.

3. Technical manual, which include all the technical specification of the software.

4. User manual, to guide the user on how to use our software.

1. Discuss on what is needed in the technical manual

• We discuss about the basic functionality needed in our software, hence we could come out with the technical manual from there.
• A prototype is needed to come out with the technical manual.

Third meeting with our beloved supervisor Mr. Premarajan.

1. Discuss on our functionality

• We were not firm on our functionality yet, because we couldn't decide what could be done and what not.
• Mr. Premarajan felt we should firm up on the functionality before we start on anything else.

Fifth meeting on 21 August 2011, 3pm - 7.30pm

1. Meet at Ang mo kio and discuss about what we have research, yet we could not find much at this part of the time.

2. Discuss about the proposal that was overdue.

• Started on the proposal draft.
• Discuss what is the targeted users.
• What are the problems we might face, and what are the solutions to solve the problems.
• Discuss on the topic that we will cover for users who wish to use our application to learn C++.

Forth meeting on 20 August 2011 10am - 11am

Our seconding meeting with our beloved supervisor Mr. Premarajan.

1. Discuss on what we have research on.

• Most of the market offer web-based tutorial which are not very interesting and boring.
• Mr. Premarajan feel we did not search for the available market tools in detail. We could have done more but was unable to find more products in the available market.

2. Discuss on the proposal.

• As we did not have enough time to prepare ourselves, we asked for time extension in handling up the proposal.
• Mr. Premarajan agreed and postpone the deadline of the proposal to 24 August 2011 but warned us about the important of keeping our work done within the deadline give.

Our first meeting with our beloved supervisor Mr Premarajan.

1. Discussed on objectives
• A framework for learners to understand C++ language.
• make learning of C++ easier and fun to learn

• Identify user based on their knowledge on C++
• Research on similar tools in the market (min. 3 tools)
• understand the concept and functionality
